                                    ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

                                                JANUARY 22, 2013

10:00 A.M.      Called meeting to order. Present: Paula B. Keefe, Richard B. Gorden,

                        Ellen W. Abelson and Mark J. Mazur.

1. The Board reviewed and then approved a proposed submission for the

2012 Town Report.

2. The Board took the following actions on Fiscal Year 2013 applications for

exemption for owners of the following parcels:

            Parcel #           94-77               Clause 41A                 Granted

            Parcel #           130-28             Clause 22E                  Granted

            Parcel #           81-22               Clause 22                    Granted

3. The Board reviewed and then signed four copies of a contract with Mayflower Valuations, Ltd for data re-inspection services.

4. The Board reviewed the Administrative Assessor’s 2012 performance review.

5. The Board took the following actions on Fiscal Year 2013 applications for

abatement:

6. The Board directed the Administrative Assessors to inquire about the

feasibility of remote participation in Board meetings.

            7.         The Board will hold its next meeting at 10:00 A.M. on February 6, 2013
